Titans of Aotearoa music celebrating one of hip hop’s most influential voices.

Kendrick Lamar (K-Dot, Kung Fu Kenny, Cornrow Kenny, oklama) is known for pushing boundaries—blending sharp storytelling with jazz, funk, soul, and experimental hip hop, and unquestionably reshaping the sound of modern hip-hop.

This show flips Kendrick’s catalogue into a live setting, reworking key tracks with new textures, live vocal samples, heavy grooves, and room to stretch out and improvise. Performed by members of renowned boundary pushing bands in their own right Avantdale Bowling Club and Yoko-Zuna.
