The Festival of New Theatre
The Consummate Professional By Andrew Todd & Cathasaigh Ó Fiannachta
A Playreading

The Consummate Professional by Andrew Todd and Cathasaigh Ó Fiannachta

In the long-awaited follow-up to his smash-hit Netflix special "A Blake Outlook On Life," standup comedian Blake McCall tells the story of the night of that taping - and the life-changing appointment with a sex worker that followed.

Winner of the 2025 McNaughton South Island Play Award, THE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL is a new comedy about entertaining adults, written by Andrew Todd (Scared Scriptless, Class Act) and Cathasaigh Ó Fiannachta (Hang Time, Born To Dance).

Don't just see one story, see all three. Get a Festival Feast pass for all three playreadings and the panel discussion, the best value way to experience the festival.
