During his workshop, the masterful Simon Gault will be sharing secrets and cooking some classic Gault dishes -  Italian spaghetti,  sage and garlic chicken,  crab... as well as showing off some molecular gastronomy. Workshop-goers will sample Simon's delicious dishes, matched perfectly with selected Gisborne wines. Tickets extremely limited.
