50s Up Brass Band’s 2010 Spectacular

GUEST STAR: DAME MALVINA MAJOR

The annual 50s Up Brass Band’s Spectacular Variety Concert, raises funds for the Canterbury branch of Arthritis New Zealand. The concert will be held in the Christchurch Town Hall Auditorium on Wednesday September 29th at 2pm. This year the band is honoured to have Dame Malvina Major, New Zealand’s premier diva, as its guest star. Dame Malvina. will perform songs ranging from operatic arias to popular favourites.
Supporting artist: Cornet virtuoso Fendall Hill.
