The very best of rural life will be showcased when country comes to town for New Zealand’s biggest and best Agricultural and Pastoral Show – the Royal New Zealand Show.

It’s three full days of entertainment and attractions, thousands of livestock, top Kiwi chefs, competitions from oils to wines, great live music, hundreds of trade displays, and all the unique sights, smells and sounds.

The popular Food & Wine NZ Pavilion will display the finest produce, gourmet food and wines from around the country plus the blooming marvellous Garden NZ Pavilion highlights Christchurch’s Garden City image in Spring with displays, demonstrations, products and services.

It’s Showtime - from the thrills and excitement of the carnival area to the unique sight of livestock taking over the town; for three days each year Christchurch really comes alive.
